I understand and agree that tuition for this certification training/program is non-refundable because course materials, training resources, and/or program access are released immediately upon purchase. If I choose a payment plan, I understand that I am committing to pay the full tuition amount and that my payment plan is not a cancel-anytime subscription. I authorize Uplifted Yoga LLC and its payment processor to charge my payment method according to the payment schedule selected at checkout.

I understand that I am responsible for keeping my payment method current. If my monthly scheduled payment fails, Uplifted Yoga LLC will notify me by email and provide an opportunity to update my payment information. If a second payment attempt fails or my account remains past due, I understand that my access to course materials, live calls, recordings, community spaces, feedback, and/or certification review may be temporarily suspended until the outstanding payment is successfully processed. I understand that repeated failed payments may require payment through a custom invoice or checkout link and that a $100 custom invoice/admin fee may apply.

I understand that failure to access or complete the training/program, attend live calls, submit certification requirements, participate in feedback opportunities, or use the course materials does not cancel my payment obligation and does not make tuition refundable.

I understand that initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or cardholder claim for a valid tuition payment does not cancel my enrollment agreement, payment plan, or outstanding tuition obligation.

I understand that my enrollment is personal to me and non-transferable. It may not be sold, shared, gifted, transferred, or used by any person other than me.

I understand that students enrolled in the 200-Hour Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training, 300-Hour Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training, or Embodied Yoga Life Coaching Certification may defer enrollment for free to the following training class, if and when offered, subject to space availability, anytime up to 30 days prior to my registered training’s live call start date. Uplifted Yoga LLC may allow up to two free deferments total when requests are made at least 30 days before the live call start date and before enrollment closes. After two deferments, any additional deferment request will require the standard $550 deferment fee, even if the request is made 30 days prior to the live call start date. If I need to defer after 30 days of the start of live calls or once live calls are already underway, I understand that a $550 deferment fee applies. Deferment remains subject to a future cohort being offered and space availability, and enrollment may not be deferred indefinitely.
